Before you panic
We do all three — repair, rebuild, and certified remanufactured replacement. So the answer isn’t decided by what we happen to sell.
Sometimes it’s one part, not the whole unit — a solenoid, a valve body, a leak, something electrical. If the problem is contained, we repair it and leave the rest alone.
Best when the diagnosis points at one component.
We take the unit apart, replace what is worn, and put it back together to spec — with the known weak points upgraded so the same failure does not come back.
Best when there is internal damage worth saving the unit for.
When the unit is past rebuilding, we install a certified remanufactured transmission, built to exacting standards with the common failure points already corrected. Every certified remanufactured unit carries a 3 year warranty.
Best when you want the longest-backed option on the table.
