I can't express enough how thankful we are that we found Chuy. We had tried another transmission shop previously that gave us the run around, had our van sit there for weeks without even pulling it in to look at it, wasted our time... etc. Chuy had a fast turn around on taking a look at our van to give us an estimate, which was a very fair price, and we brought it back as soon as we had the money. He was so professional, went above and beyond to help us and show us his appreciation for using his business all the way from offering my husband a ride when he noticed he was Uber-ing home after dropping it off, all the way to staying 6 HOURS late on the day he promised it'd be ready, to ensure we would get it back the day it was promised even with any complications he was presented.

I normally do not go on a site and make a comment about a service that was provided but with Chuy I just needed to. I went in thinking that I was having a transmission issue and after he looked at it he thought it was a seal near my engine block which would be a costly replacement. I decided to let Chuy work on the vehicle and when he was done he called me and told me that when he got under the car it was really just a seal issue with my oil pan. This greatly reduced my cost and my car is running great. In a time where people are concerned about the honesty of their vendor I can say that Chuy is a very ethical man and I will bring my vehicle anytime I have an issue.

Well picking a transmission company to rebuild a transmission can be risky. But after a recommendation from a friend who owns a repair shop, he told me that Top Notch was his prefered shop. Their price was very competitive and i decided to go with them on a replacing a ford escape transmission. The communication level was right on and the promised ETA was 1 day early which i was super happy to get a jump on completing the vehicle. The transmission arrived looking amazing, It was super clean, painted and delivered! The vehicle transmission worked perfectly and it has been over 60 days! Highly recommend!
